Breadcrumb Hardware Limited Warranty

Breadcrumb warrants that your Breadcrumb hardware product (“the Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of delivery to the original retail purchaser (“the Warranty Period”). If a defect in the Product arises within the Warranty Period, Breadcrumb will, at its sole option and subject to applicable laws: (a) repair or replace it with a new or refurbished product or component; or (b) refund the original purchase price upon return of the defective Product.  This Warranty does not apply to (v) Products you purchase from unauthorized resellers; (w) where the instructions for use and activation of the Product are not complied with; (x) where the Product is used with a jailbroken or rooted mobile device; (y) where the Product is damaged as a result of abuse, accident, unauthorized modification or other causes beyond our reasonable control; or (z) where the Product was purchased below the Minimum Advertised Price (“MAP”) established by Breadcrumb. ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WITH RESPECT TO THE PRODUCTS ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE APPLICABLE EXPRESS WARRANTY. ALL OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED CONDITIONS, REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF NON-INFRINGEMENT, ARE DISCLAIMED. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by jurisdiction. Claims process: To obtain remedies under this Warranty, Breadcrumb must receive Consumer’s claim before the end of the Warranty Period. Consumer must obtain a Return Material Authorization (“RMA”) from Breadcrumb and return the defective Device together with proof of purchase to the address specified by Breadcrumb in connection with the RMA. Consumer shall bear the cost of shipping the Device to Breadcrumb. By sending the Device, Consumer agrees to transfer ownership to Breadcrumb. Breadcrumb may not return the original Device to Consumer. Breadcrumb warrants that any repaired or replaced Device is covered for the remainder of the original Warranty Period subject to the terms of Breadcrumb’s Limited Warranty. If the claim is justified based on this Warranty, Breadcrumb shall bear the cost of shipping the repaired or replacement Device to the Consumer. Any product returned to Breadcrumb without a valid warranty claim or without a RMA may be rejected, returned at sender’s cost (subject to prepayment), or disposed of in Breadcrumb’s sole discretion. To obtain an RMA from Breadcrumb, please follow instructions outlined here:
  1.  Email details of your order (where purchased), the issue with clarification of steps already taken with Breadcrumb to address the issue, along with a copy of your sales invoice to support@breadcrumbtech.com
  2. Breadcrumb will issue you an RMA along with shipping instructions via email
  3. Pack and ship your item and Breadcrumb will confirm once its have been received.

Breadcrumb Refund Policy

We’re excited about our product and hope you are too. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we are able to offer refunds for qualifying orders. Orders purchased directly through www.breadcrumbtech.com are eligible for our Money Back Guarantee while Breadcrumb products purchased through other retailers are subject to the retailers’ return policies.  To be eligible for a return, the product must be (a) in its original condition including original packaging; (b) returned within 15 days of the date of delivery to the original purchaser; (c) purchased from an authorized reseller; and (d) purchased at or above the MAP established by Breadcrumb.   Please note that the customer assumes all responsibility for the cost of return shipping and that return shipping will not be reimbursed.  Further, please note that all returns must be authorized by Breadcrumb and are subject to a 20% repackaging and restocking fee if return is not caused by an error by Breadcrumb.
